3. Where your bags be exported to?

Our bags were be shipped to Japan, Australia, Sweden, Korea, Netherlands, France, Canada, USA, Malaysia, Singapore …

4. What’s your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?

From 500 pcs.

5. Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?

Yes, We do. We accept our bags with our own brand or your private brand or other brands authorized by your company.

6. What’s your loading port?

Hochiminh seaport(Cat Lai Terminal) or Hochiminh Airport.

7. How about delivery time?

25-30 days with available materials in our stock

45-60 days with new materials

8. What’s your usual payment term?

50% TT deposit, 50% TT against the B/L copy.

9. What is your sample policy?

Sample charge is applied firstly. After received your TT copy, we will start to arrange samples to your place.

At the same time, pls tell us your company name, contact person, address, zip code, phone and any express company’s account (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT).

All sample charge is refundable after your order q’ty 500pcs.

10. What kinds of logo you can make?

We are able to make any logo for you (screen printing, sublimation printing, heat transfer printing, offset printing, embroidery, rubber logo, metal plate logo, woven label, etc…) on bags. Kindly send your logo in AI or PDF format to us. Also tell us the pantone for different colors to follow your exact design.

11. How can we know our order status?

We will keep you updates with detail reports when the raw material arrives. We will send you email report during the products to be finished 20% . Report will be sent to you when the products to be finished 80%. We provide facts and reports what we see .So you can rest assured well.

12. If we order more than your capacity, are you able to do ?

Yes, we can.

We have chain of sewing factories for big volume.

13. How do you test the quality?

We control our quality from input of materials, accessories, online QC, final product QC to QC before shipping. To make sure quality of production, we can order inspection company.
